About the opportunity:

We are looking for a highly collaborative and driven Senior Coordinator to lead the development of a university-wide Student Mental Health and Wellbeing Framework. This is a unique opportunity to bring people together, influence meaningful change, and embed wellbeing into every stage of the student experience.

A key part of the role will be synthesising insights and best practice into clear, actionable outputs, and leading the development and delivery of training to embed the framework in practice across the University.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and lead the coordinated development and implementation of the Student Mental Health and Wellbeing Framework

Conduct research and benchmarking to inform best practice approaches and facilitate meaningful consultation and co-design with a broad range of stakeholders

Translate complex insights into high-quality framework documents, guidelines, tools and resources

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and reporting requirements, including SSAF-funded initiatives

Develop and deliver engaging training and resources to support implementation across diverse teams

Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external wellbeing partners

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications and experience in public health, social work, psychology, health promotion, education, policy or a related field

Demonstrated skills in project leadership, research, co-design and stakeholder engagement

Experience developing high-quality publications and training resources
