Operational Manager

Region: Jeddah

Operation manager overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, optimizing process compliance with policies and regulations. And involve budgeting performance analysis and cross departmental coordination to meet strategic goals and improve profitability ,recruit, train and supervise staff manage workloads, manage budgets analyze data, And liaise with other department vendors, and clients to ensure, smooth day-to-day operation. All

Operation details daily weekly monthly reporting CEO.

Key responsibilities:

1: Oversee all Daily tasks.

Daily reports and review payments and vouchers, follow the instructions from CEO, Oversee all the employees and customer complaints.

Daily check all the work and task with employee,

Likes purchasing, sales, P and L reports review, zakat, Lilah reports, motivation of the team, implementation of new ideas, improvement of business and company name.

Requirement: Minimum 5 years’ experience in KSA with similar role association with trading business.

Must command over Arabic and English speaking and writing.

Coordination with Government agencies related to business need.

Education Minimum MBA (Finance, Marketing, HR)

Able to manage GOSI, Qiwa related to Government.
