Ageing with Grace is a growing national charity dedicated to reducing loneliness and social isolation experienced by older people. We are seeking an experienced, organised and compassionate Aged Care Programs Coordinator to deliver high-quality, compliant and outcomes-focused aged care programs across Darwin.

This is a busy and autonomous role with clear performance expectations. It is best suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing competing priorities and achieving measurable outcomes.

This role is not suitable for applicants who will be undertaking ongoing caring responsibilities or other regular commitments during work hours.

Maintaining accurate, compliant and audit-ready records

Preparing reports within required timeframes

Building and maintaining professional relationships with aged care providers and community organisations

Representing Ageing with Grace professionally and ethically at all times

Have excellent judgement and confidence making decisions while knowing when to seek support

Be accountable, reliable and committed to following through on your responsibilities

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Be compassionate and respectful when working with older people and diverse communities

Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

You will also have:

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems

Experience maintaining detailed records and producing accurate reports

A current driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle

Willingness to complete and maintain a National Police Check

The ability to travel regularly throughout the Darwin region

Experience in aged care, volunteer management or community services will be highly regarded.
