Employee Relations Manager - FMCG Industry
MUST come from FMCG Industry, Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources / Labour Relations, 5 Years Exp in Labour relations environment / 3 years in a Unionized environment, Knowledge of Labour Laws, Drivers Licence with own vehicle, Labour employee relations, Improve communication between management and employees, Ensure staff discipline and moral is achieved, Ensure employees understand codes of conduct, Represent company at CCMA, Ensure company policies and procedures comply with current legislation, Training for new employees, Train line managers on grievance and disciplinary codes to manage cases and minimize risk to the company, Ensure Employment Equity compliance, Functional Employment Equity Committee, Implement EE plan in line with set targets, Ensure EE report is submitted within time frame to avoid penalties, Manage and monitor poor performance process in the company, Labour costs and overtime monitoring and reporting, Ensure HR Information Management system is updated.
