The Training and Development field is a very tough field to enter. I know this from my own experiences. I’ve sent 40 applications to recruiters, only to have doors closed in my face one by one. With each “Regret” tale, I was told “Sorry, you don’t have enough experience.” OR “Sorry, you don’t have any training experience.” How do I gain experience if no one is willing to give me a chance at it? They don’t even know what I am capable of Today, I have my own training and coaching company and I would like to give you the opportunity I was not afforded. You see, we look pass just experience. It is important to note your passion as a facilitator and or coach. From there, we identify your strengths and mould you into who you are meant to become. Your passion is what’s important! With this in mind, I am giving a small group of passionate people the opportunity to embark on their journey of becoming a training facilitator or coach, without risking their current job or income. We have established 15 Thought Leaders thus far, and we need more leaders to drive our message home. We received thousands of applications with each intake and the demand is growing. Therefore, we will need more competent trainers and coaches to handle client flow. Do you think you have what it takes / we can show you how by working a few hours over weekends, without risking your current job. NB: Successful applicants are subject to an upfront training fee, intellectual property rights etc. YOU HAVE TO INVEST IN YOURSELF! Our newly introduced payment plan makes our training very affordable. You’ll be required to work a few hours on Saturdays, and only when you earn enough over weekends, can you decide to quit your job. Your time will equate to R 1000/hour as a trainer or coach. Once you invest in yourself, others will do too
