.Net Development Team Lead

New Opportunity available for a .Net Development Team Lead for my Financial Based Client. The successful candidate will lead a team which is responsible for building and supporting enhancements. The applications are written in Python with the presentation layer in .Net.

This is a new role the company are creating and some of the initial time in the role will be spent in America learning about the current systems in the company.

Key Requirements for the Successful Development Team Lead:

Experience with OOP concepts in any development language.

Experience leading and mentoring other develpers in solving issues and developing code,

Good problem solving skills

Creative skills

Understanding of Agile Methodologies
