Company Description: Merchants, a Leading BPO, which has been, and is a highly successful call centre for 20+ years. One of it’s International Clients’ is currently seeking Customer Service Consultants on their Nightshift Campaign. If you care to join this fun and vibrant team, the following is on offer if you do qualify: Training R30 per hour. Basic of R34 per hour. Monday - Sunday any given days (5days working/ 2days off). Vibrant and happy working environment. Free Transport (only collection).

For this role you will need: Minimum 1 year Customer Service or Contact Centre Experience essential. Experience in Retail / Hospitality / IT related fields. Ability to navigate across different systems Billing, credits and debtors understanding / ability to understand statements. Must be Criminal & Credit clear.  Qualifications: Matirc/NQF equivalent. Knowledge of Internet, Navigation and Personal Computers (PCs). Advance technical knowledge and knowledge of troubleshooting is advantageous- ASDL/Internet. Microsoft Outlook
