Events and locations are the main work done here. You will work on film and photo shoots, festivals and events in this mobile unit and with this mobile team. You will have a recognized culinary qualification. You will have your own transport and you must live in or near Stellenbosch. You must be prepared to sleep out on weekends, and you must be able to manage under tremendous pressure and produce quality food consistently. We would prefer a non-smoker.

Hot section and Grill experience will help our team.
