SHIFT MANAGER (Restaurant - Sea Point) Location Sea Point & Three Anchor Bay, Atlantic Seaboard Advertised By Private Job Type Contract SHIFT MANAGER (Atlantic Seaboard - Sea Point) Busy Restaurant seeks to employ a Shift Manager who will be responsible for the smooth running of the business unit. Manage and oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations whilst on duty and focus on service delivery to exceed the customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities: take responsibility for the business unit. Shift work including opening and closing of business unit. Daily cash handling and stock ordering including management and controls. Sound knowledge of legislation, policies and procedure sand controls. Maintain food and beverage and service quality. Maintain professional conduct/image as per company standards. Managing staff consisting of performance, training and development Candidate

Requirements: Matric. A relevant diploma or degree in hospitality will be advantageous. 2 –3 year’s proven experience managing a restaurant. Proficiency in English and Afrikaans. Computer literacy and experience with POS. Passion for service excellence. Good leadership, motivational, communication and people skills. Result oriented. Must be able to deal with a stressful environment and be able to multi-task11. Own transport This position reports to: General Manager (Restaurant) Salary: R12,000.00 – R15,000.00
