The Role: You will be responsible for providing a high level of service to the national client base by facilitating the smooth and timely progression of lending matters from instruction to settlement and registration.  In this role you are the first point of contact for lenders and legal representatives involved in each transaction.

The Ideal Candidate: Tertiary education and/or a minimum of 3 year's industry experience (managerial/supervisory experience preferred). Knowledge and experience with governing law and lending practices, complex concepts and areas of national mortgage law. Portfolio/file management skills with the ability to remain focused under pressure. Customer focused with the ability to effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and internal financial or legal platforms. Attention to detail with sound literacy and numeracy skills. Must hold permanent residency. Must have a 'can do' attitude.
