Coffee Shop Manager, Location: Tableview, West Coast. We have a position is available for an experienced coffee shop manager. This is a day time position.

Qualifications and requirements: Grade 12 certificate. At least 2 years experience in similar position. Tertiary Hospitality management qualification. Attention to detail. Strong leadership ability, leads by examples. Strong problem solving ability. Ability to multi-task, tolerate stress and make decisions. Hands on, humble, honest South African.

Duties include: Daily running of foh and boh operations. Creating and implementing policies and procedures. Ensure superior service and customers satisfaction! Strong presence on the floor and equally capable boh. Staff recruitment, training, management, motivation. Menu planning and costing. Control operational costs. Promoting and marketing the business. Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety. Ordering and Liaising with suppliers.
