About the role: We are looking for a positive and energetic Order Processing Officer with excellent organisational skills who can take care of processing orders and other tasks. We need someone who has an eye for detail and MYOB experience. This is a school hour's position with work hours 8.30am - 3pm. Order Processing. Processing orders in MYOB for Australian and New Zealand customers. Arranging of transport logistics. Invoicing and taking credit card payments. Working with database ACT.

Order Checking: Checking order processing has been done and follow up. Maintaining customer files in our database. Various: Being able to fill in for other administrative positions in the company.
