Communications Specialist (Human Resources), University of Sydney, Darlington NSW, Excellent opportunity for a Marketing professional to join the Marketing and Communications team. Located at Camperdown/ Darlington Campus. Full-time continuing position with a remuneration package, $121,932 p.a which includes leave loading and up to 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity: Marketing and Communications are looking for a Communications Specialist to join their team. You will be  accountable for developing and delivering internal communications on behalf of Marketing and Communications within Human Resources (HR). This role is critical in effectively communicating the delivery of HR initiatives in support of the workforce strategy, and communicating HR services and solutions for the University. 

Your role as Communications Specialist will be to: represent Marketing and Communications in the Human Resources portfolio to disseminate HR-related messaging and content across the University community; develop, monitor and measure HR communications strategies aligned to broader University communications frameworks and policies; manage HR communications through relevant University channels to enhance the profile of HR both across the University and within the portfolio itself; collaborate with relevant HR stakeholders to provide advice and support on change communications and strategic and tactical communications opportunities;

build strong internal stakeholder relationships as required for the success of the role; ensure HR intranet content is up to date, accurate and aligns with overall University intranet governance and content principles; manage the design and delivery of HR staff events (e.g. HR Forums) that support staff engagement and collaboration.
