About the Role: Work on behalf of Probe, we are looking for people who can relate to others in terms of hardship. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and liaising with customers to collect debts and resolve outstanding balances. Also, utilize various skip tracing techniques and collection strategies to locate the right parties in order to negotiate the best possible outcome on high collectability or high value accounts for the client, Probe, and the customer.

Key Details: Full-time positions commencing ASAP. Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm, Rotating roster, Full availability required. Caulfield North location. Paid product and systems training.

Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for the daily collections of low, medium and high-risk accounts, both verbal and written, and in accordance with our collections strategies and policies. Ensure our collection policies are adhered to at all times and that you operate in good faith and according to local regulations. Provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries coming through Document all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures Ensure consistent performance based on continuous improvement mode.

Skills & Experience: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of people. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team to achieve mutual goals. Confidence in dealing with objections and quickly building rapport with customers. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is desirable.
