Food Court Manager/ Restaurant Manager, Location: Morningside, Durban City, Job Type: Full-Time. The Food Box is looking for a manager Area: Morningside- Durban.

Duties: Training and supervising cleaning staff Open and closing of the Food Box ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines promoting and marketing the business overseeing stock levels ordering supplies handling customer enquiries and complaints taking reservations greeting and advising customers problem solving handling administration and paperwork liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

Requirements: Min of 5 years as a restaurant or food court manager. Flexibility on working hours. Drivers license and own vehicle will be an advantage. Job Type: Full-time. Salary: R6,000.00 to R7,000.00 /month.
