Location: Dubai,United Arab Emirates

Role: To greet and properly direct all visitors, clients, job candidates, customers etc. To answer queries of the visitor and supply required information to them. To assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks etc. Responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them including tracking delivery.

Skill: Must have effective communication skills and possess good telephone etiquette. Should be well versed with Internet/Mails/MS-Word / MS-Excel. Should be able to perform Multi – Tasking. Should have pleasing personality / Customer centric approach. Only from Indian, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lankan and Philippine. Good salary package plus accommodation and transportation.
