Property Sales Administrator - Paarl, Cape Winelands. Our client has an exciting full-time position available within its Property Sales team. The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively and accurately under strict deadlines. 
The responsibilities of the job incumbent include the following functions: Sales administration (lead rotation, sales admin support, sales documents, rosters, marketing material, documentation control, mandate admin, etc.) Reporting (sales reports and capturing of activities on sales system) • Reception and office support (switchboard, receiving visitors, general queries, coordinating office supplies and infrastructure).
The ideal job incumbent must adhere to the following person specifications: Grade 12 and 3 years relevant previous experience Above average computer literacy (MS Word and MS Excel) Detail orientated
Excellent communication (English & Afrikaans) and coordinating ability Able to multitask and work under pressure • Customer orientated. A market related salary is offered.
