Key outcomes of the job: Manage the bookkeeping and tax sections of clients. Assisting clients with tax queries. Creating an organised and effective office environment. Meeting Tax and Accounting deadlines.

Specific tasks and duties: Accurate recording of time sheets, Reporting back on tasks completed. Maintaining of client tax information using ProfSoft and E-filling. Reviewing and submitting tax returns for all entities.

Processing of accounting records in Pastel software. Reviewing of bookkeeping work and making month-end entries. Drafting of financial statements from trail balance. Handle telephonically advice/ problems of clients/SARS. Compiling Schedules and Working papers for jobs performed.

Ad hoc admin & financial functions Measurement criteria: Booking more than 80% chargeable hours in a month Writing fees of more than 3 times cost to company, Presenting of Weekly & Monthly task planning.

Meeting set deadlines Fully accurate and up to date client info on Prof Soft Submitting Time sheets 8:00 every Monday. Qualifications Grade 12, Completed Articles.

Requirements: Computer literacy in MS Office Proficient in Afrikaans & English Good interpersonal relations Working Accurately. Learning from past experiences/mistakes.
