Requirements: Must have a min of Grade 12. Must reside in Southern Suburbs, Cape Town. Must be computer literate. Must be proficient in English and preferably Afrikaans.

Roles, Knowledge and Skills: Gr 12 + applicable tertiary qualification (advantageous) 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role. Excellent Excel knowledge (formula’s) and Microsoft Office.

Clear and concise oral and written English communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent telephone manner. Able to organize and prioritize own workload. Scanning. Filing. Data Capturing. General administrative functions. All round office assistant to different departments.

Additional Requirements: Must be meticulous and hard-working individual who is a self-starter. Must be able to work independently. The candidate must be well presented. Must be focused and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Willing and able to work overtime should the need arise. Takes responsibility for work assigned and shows initiative. Starting Salary R 6 000-00 p/m and must be available to commence work immediately.
