Restaurant Manager, Other, Cape Town. Company Name: Ferrymans Irish Tavern, V & A Waterfront. I am looking for two new Restaurant managers that makes the customers feel at home and to motivate the waiters our sales force on the floor. We part of the largests corporate Tour Company in South Africa. Tour vest with lots of growth opportunities.

Requirements: Daily pre-shift meetings wth the waiters. Daily liquor stock take counts. Daily cashups. Should be able to deal with customer complaints & take the customer contact details. Management floor presents are very important  to build relationships with our customers & to anticipate any complaints. Must be punctual (on time for shift). Must be able to work flexible working hours. 1 week day and 1 week night. Christsmas & NYE compulsory to work. Own transport will be essential.

Shifts: Day shift 7:00 - 16:00pm. Middle shift 12:00 - 21:00pm (weekends). Night shift 16:00 - close

Off days: 1 day off per week (season). 2 days off per week (winter)

Managers required per shift: Day managers per shift = 2. Night managers per shift = ¾.

Salary based on experience: R9000 to R14000
