Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will set the tone for their experience. Additionally, you’ll provide essential administrative assistance, contributing to the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, addressing their inquiries and needs. Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression for guests. Assist in booking reservations, handling check-ins, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, filing documents, and coordinating meetings. Assist in inventory management, ordering office supplies, and maintaining records. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.

Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic administrative tasks. Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. Previous experience in reception or administrative roles is advantageous.
