Warehouse Operations Manager – Ecommerce, Region: Sulai. We are looking for a highly experienced warehouse operations manager with a clear track record in managing ecommerce warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Operations Manager will lead ecommerce warehouse operations; this includes the following functions: Inbound, Outbound, Logistics, Inventory Management, Operations and Process improvement, Safety and compliance, Staff management, Warehouse layout and efficiency, Coordination with various departments, Policies and procedures, Performance management – OKRs.

Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ total experience. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role in warehouse operations. Excellent computer skills - Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Previous experience in leading a team. Bachelor Degree. Transferable Iqama. Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement. Proficiency in warehouse management software and other relevant technology tools. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Candidates will be subject to written examinations to test Technical and Communication abilities. Candidates will be expected to report to interviews physically, and conduct 2-4 hour written and in-person examination.
