Property Lawyer, North Sydney, Sydney NSW. Property Law (Legal). Part time. $80,000 – $120,000 per year (inc. super) pro-rated. Pacific Law (NSW). Who we are Pacific Law (NSW) is part of the Pacific Law national network of law firms.

Who we want: Property lawyer wanted to work 3 days a week (Mon, Wed and Fri) at our office in North Sydney.  We are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ full time property law/conveyancing experience.

The role: The role is to manage a caseload of sales, purchases and transfers of residential property. Other work that is available (depending on your experience) includes commercial property, options, leasing, property financing and property joint venture work.

Commencement: The role is open from now.

Core Tasks: Communicating and liaising with clients. Reviewing and advising on contracts for sale for purchaser clients. Preparing contracts for sale for vendor clients. Conducting contract negotiations and exchanges. Carrying out all aspects of conveyancing. Ensuring VOI and CAF requirements are performed. Arranging and conducting settlements on PEXA. Opening and closing your files. Billing and trust account receipting.

Skills: LEAP and PEXA proficiency are essential to the role.

Salary: Salary is $80,000 - $120,000 (pro-rated to $48,000 - $72,000 for a 3-day week) per annum depending on experience.  Salary figure inclusive of super.
