Join Our Dynamic Team as a Commercial Lawyer on the Gold Coast.

We are looking for a junior commercial lawyer to join our boutique practice.

We have a great team culture and a focus on ongoing professional development.

About the Role

You will be a key member of our team, engaging in a diverse range of matters, including

Sale and purchase of businesses

Drafting commercial agreements

Negotiating and drafting contract documents

Leasing negotiations

General commercial property work

Estate matters and estate administration

Other miscellaneous matters

About you

To excel in this role, you will need

1-2 years of post-admission experience (PAE); pre-admission experience also considered

Great communication skills

Attention to details

Ability to prioritise

Initiative to work independently

Experience using Leap, Word, Outlook

Template and coding of leap precedents preferred
