Trauma-Focused Practice | Flexible Hours | Supportive Team Culture | South Brisbane Locations

Are you a trauma-informed mental health professional with EMDR training or a strong interest in this area? We’re a warm, values-driven private practice seeking an experienced and grounded clinician to join our close-knit team.

This is a contractor role, with the option of full-time, part-time, or casual hours to suit your lifestyle and career stage.

About the Role

We’re a well-established psychology practice based on Brisbane’s southside with two welcoming clinic locations. Our focus is on providing meaningful, client-centered care across the lifespan—supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing trauma, anxiety, grief, behavioral concerns, and relationship challenges.

We’re looking for someone who is

Passionate about trauma-informed care

Experienced or actively training in EMDR

Comfortable working independently and with a diverse client base

Open to working across both Southside clinic locations (ideally one day at each)

You’ll need

Full registration with AHPRA (Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist) or AMHSW (Social Worker)

At least 2 years’ clinical experience

EMDR training or strong interest in trauma modalities

Medicare Provider Number (or eligibility)

ABN, professional insurance, and Working with Children Check

Confidence working both independently and collaboratively
