Internal Product Specialist

OVERVIEW

Our client is a MARKET LEADING global air conditioning manufacturer based in Western Sydney. As a Product Support Specialist, you will provide technical product support to service engineers, dealers and contractors. This is fantastic role that will see you utilise your technical skills but in an advisory/support capacity. If you are seeking a role that no longer entails climbing into roof cavities during sweltering conditions, hauling heavy equipment up ladders and working weekends - this is the perfect role.

There is no weekend or on call rosters. The hours are Monday to Friday standard hours. Located in Western Sydney, the role has an immediate start.

You will relish to team comradery, support and non-pretentious work environment.

KEY CRITERIA

Relevant trade qualifications

Outstanding communication skills

Relevant work experience servicing or installing split, ducted, multi and commercial air con product

An inquisitive mind and thirst for learning

Exceptional communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Drivers license
